Help Justice Access Gender-Affirming Top Surgery

My name is Justice Riot, and I am a genderqueer trans man seeking support for gender-affirming top surgery. For nearly half a century, I have struggled with the disconnect between how I feel inside and how my body appears on the outside. Now, as I look toward the years ahead, I want to live as my truest self and finally feel at home in my own body.

Living with a disability and surviving on American disability benefits, I currently reside in my van, as my income isn’t enough to cover rent or basic living expenses. These circumstances make it impossible for me to save for surgery, travel, and recovery costs on my own. On top of that, being autistic with major sensory issues means I can’t wear a binder to help with body image, making the need for surgery even more urgent and necessary for my well-being.

I am asking for help so I can access the surgery, cover travel and recovery expenses, and finally live authentically.
