Hi, my name is Juneka, and I’m asking for help during the hardest season of my life. Between September–November 2025, I suffered three strokes that left me with left-side paralysis and forced me out of work on short-term disability. While I’m slowly regaining movement through therapy, the loss of income caused my mortgage to fall behind, and I am now facing foreclosure.

I’m a single mother of three, and my greatest fear is losing the home my children depend on. After nearly 15 years of service in Global Health, asking for help doesn’t come easily—but right now, I need my community.
