Help June with the cost of living & reliable transportation!

Hello! My name is Luci and I’m setting up this fundraiser to help raise money for my girlfriend June. June is unfortunately in a bit of a sticky situation right now. Recently her car has broken down, the car is older and has many issues and fixing it would be an unwise idea finically.

The cars exterior is too rusted to drive safely, interior has many issues that cannot be properly fixed, and the tire has popped and the damage under the car due to the breakdown would most likely be more money to fix than what the car is worth.

She is working in Detroit at the moment and cannot commute back and forth to work as needed from Flint. June has recently gotten a second job, but due to the car situation cannot commute to that job at all.

She is currently searching for another job locally to help get by for the time being but general expenses for living have increased and with the lack of work it is hard to even live paycheck to paycheck comfortably, let alone make extra cash for a totally new car.

June would also need to be able to afford insurance for a new car as well, previously insurance had increased and has been hard to pay. Gas for work commutes is also extremely expensive and had been taking lots of her money to get back and forth.

Anyone who knows June knows that she is extremely kind, caring and passionate about everything and everyone around her. She works hard to bring joy to her local community and friends, thriving to make the spaces around her safe and secure for those who are there.

If you are able to share or even donate it would be appreciated very greatly, so please spread the word so we can help a wonderful girl who is in need of support at this time! Gaining reliable transportation again would help her be able to afford basic necessities and the cost of living.
