Help June on her Healing Journey

Hello family,

 

My name is Megan Plunkett and I am the daughter of June Plunkett. It causes immense pain in my heart to say that my mother has suffered from a stroke. My sister, Lindsay Harrison, and myself have created this Go Fund Me in efforts to help her pay for her hospital bills as she does not have health insurance and will be paying for all hospital bills out of pocket. As she continues on her healing journey, the hospital bills continue to grow larger and larger. Anything you'd be willing to offer at all would be so dearly appreciated.

 

Here is a little about my mom. My mom, June, is from East Brunswick, New Jersey. She's 53 years old but truly she's my age at heart (24). My mom is definitely my best friend and she has more fun than anyone I've ever met. She's never met a stranger and I've always admired her ability to make friends so easily. She loves to travel, cook AMAZING food, spend time on the beach relaxing, socialize with friends and family, and she is incredibly gifted at creating fun arts & crafts. My mom lives each moment of her life from her heart. She is sweet, compassionate, funny, and so immensely full of love. She is a caretaker by nature and she truly taught me what unconditional love looks like. It breaks my heart to be creating this in her honor.

My mom spent 11 days in the ICU and was recently moved to physical therapy to work on movement and speech.

Again, anything you'd be willing to contribute would mean so much to myself and my family. As we move through this difficult time, I ask that you please pray for a quick, full recovery for my mother and that she can move on from this challenge with grace and ease. Thank you for your help.
