My golden retriever, June Bug, has always been the heart of my home. She’s a joyful, loyal companion who’s been by my side since I was about 20 years old. June Bug is always smiling, loves the water and sunshine, and adores playing with all her stuffed babies. She truly means the world to me—my first baby and my best friend.

Recently, June Bug’s health has taken a turn. She was hospitalized for liver complications, including extremely elevated liver enzymes that could put her at risk for acute liver failure. Now, she needs to see a medical internist and oncologist for further testing. The road ahead includes specialist consultations, an abdominal ultrasound, and possible treatment plans. These medical needs come with significant costs, and I want to do everything I can to give June Bug the best care possible.
