Hello, my name is Julius, most of you know me by Hybris. I am a pharmacy technician, I have a cat named Yonah, and I draw in my free time. I like pokemon, roller coasters, and lions.
In June of 2026, I started rehab (php) for my eating disorder. At the time of writing this (Sept 2026), I am still in rehab and have no clear discharge date, with my care team pushing for me to step up to residential, a higher level of care, due to how bad my health still is.
Because of this, I cannot work. My rehab program is 40 hours a week and I travel for an additional 10 hours a week, as I live an hour away from my treatment center. I was laid off from my pharmacy job in May for asking for accommodations, and with my current availability hours, I don't know when I will be able to pick up pharmacy work again.
As for drawing and my commission work, my wrist is completely busted. I am disabled and drawing is incredibly painful, and I can only work in short bursts. I work on commissions in my free time, as my slots are always open, but due to the pain and amount of time I have to work, I barely get anything done.
On top of being unable to work, I recently moved out of an abusive household that I had been stuck in for two years. I spent all of my remaining pharmacy resources on moving, to the point where my partners had to step in and help me escape to a healthier living situation. I am safe now, but the financial toll was and still is really rough.
Finances are hard. I can barely afford necessities, and I do what i can to avoid spending money when possible, but it just isn't enough. I am at the end of my rope and don't know what to do anymore. my care team at rehab is worried for my safety and health due to the financial stress I'm under.
My goal is set at 5k to try to fund 2 months worth of rent and utilities. This gives me an opening to save up any commission funds I receive for food, public transport fees, cat supplies, etc.
Thank you for reading, and thank you to anyone and everyone who has helped me out in the past and perhaps the future as well. I appreciate everyone with all of my heart and hope nothing but the best for the people around me.
