I’m starting this fundraiser for Julius, my 25-year-old cousin, who is facing an incredibly difficult recovery after suffering a stroke. The stroke left Julius paralyzed on the left side of the body, and Julius is currently in the Philippines receiving care. This has been a heartbreaking and overwhelming time for the family as they try to support Julius through such a serious medical crisis.

The funds raised will go toward Julius’s hospital needs, ongoing medical care, and the medicine needed during recovery. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease some of the burden and make it possible for Julius to get the care and medications that are so important right now.
