**Support Shelly and Djon Pepaj: Help Juliette Fight Leukemia**
Dear Family, Friends, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
We come to you with heavy hearts and a plea for support during an incredibly challenging time for our family. My sister, Shelly Pepaj, and her husband, Djon Pepaj, are facing a battle that no parent should ever have to endure. Their precious daughter, Juliette, who is only one year old, was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on July 31, 2024.
Since the day of her diagnosis, Juliette has shown extraordinary strength and resilience. However, her journey will be anything but easy. Prior to her diagnosis, she endured countless visits to urgent care and the emergency room as her parents sought answers for her concerning symptoms. Now, she has faced numerous ambulance rides, multiple blood transfusions, and invasive procedures, including the installation of a port, bone marrow testing, and spinal taps. Juliette has already begun her chemotherapy treatments, with a challenging two-year treatment plan ahead of her.
Today, we received devastating news: the hospital that offers the best care for Juliette is not in-network for their insurance. This means that in addition to the emotional toll of her illness, Shelly and Djon are now confronted with the unexpected and overwhelming financial burden of medical bills.
We are seeking your help to support this incredible family during this time of need. Our goal is to raise funds not only to alleviate the financial strain from Juliette’s medical expenses but also to cover essential costs such as hotel stays, transportation to and from appointments, and other unforeseen expenses that may arise throughout this arduous journey.
Shelly and Djon are two of the most caring and devoted parents you could ever meet. They have always been there for their children, friends, family, and the community, providing support and love to those in need. Now, it’s our turn to show them the love and support they have so generously given to others.
We want to allow them to focus on what truly matters: Juliette’s health and well-being, and ensuring that their other daughter, Penelope, feels as normal and secure as possible during this tumultuous time.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in their lives. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your network would mean the world to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read Juliette’s story. Your kindness, support, and prayers are deeply appreciated as we rally together to help this wonderful family through the fight of their lives.
With gratitude and hope,
