Juliet Bernstein, a resident of Chatham, Mass. will be 108 on July 2, 2021. Her mind continues to be very sharp but she now requires round-the-clock care. 

She wants to stay in her home in Chatham until she dies. While she has a teacher's pension and Social Security, this can no longer pay for her personal assistants. She is not eligible for any at-home care from Medicare or Medicaid to cover these expenses.
