Hi Mike and I have been living in SF over a year now. It just so happens that the master tenent is a level 4 hoarder who denies she has a problem. In the past month or so she has gotten exponentially worse. We can't use the kitchen have to walk sideways through the hall and I won't start about the mice and cockroaches. It has become evident that this environment is extremely unhealthy for both of us, and we need to move by 3/1/22.

We need first and last and security deposit in order to make this happen. The other news is that Mike had his identity stolen and even though he has been out on disability, he cannot prove his identity with EDD. So we have been barely making it.
