Juliet is a friendly, beautiful tortishell mama cat who is currently suffering from an emergency postpartum fever.
Juliet was rescued less than 24 hours before she went into labor, at a location where we were not expecting or planning to actually take any cats into the rescue. It breaks our hearts to imagine that if we hadn't stumbled upon her she would be suffering out on the streets with her newborn. Juliet is only two days postpartum and her emergency care may include diagnostics, surgery and extensive recovery medications.
We want to make sure that we have the means to offer Juliet and Cabiria (kitten) all the possible treatments and absolute best care possible. This was a completely unexpected intake and situations like this threaten to drain the coffers of our organisation, which means that we are unable to help the next emergency intake. Please help us by donating any amount that you have to spare.
