Help Julie's Family Overcome Challenges

My name is Julie Yarbrough, some of you may have heard about us years ago when when first got our babies. My husband and I have adopted (or in the process of adopting) 3 young children from either abuse or other types of trauma. Without going into many details, my oldest son is the survivor of one of the worst cases of shaken baby syndrome that the state of Colorado has seen in over a decade.. he is non-mobile, non-verbal. My youngest son was born with down syndrome and had to have open heart surgery at 8 months old. We also have my oldest daughters, one of which, had to watch her brother go through this abuse, the other that endured her own trauma. Now we have 5 children, we are caring for my elderly parents, my special needs sister, while trying to help my best friend get on her feet.. we just started a local business and are looking to get some assistance here at the house while things balance out. I also had surgery less than a week ago and am needing extra assistance with food and meds and things as such.. We will 100% pay it forward as well always do.
