Julien Welpe (fka Atticus), he/him, is a Latino, trans, disabled human experiencing hardship in end-stage capitalism with social welfare programs being stripped away. He has been without stable employment for over a year, he is unmedicated for his conditions, and has been using his Bootblacking funds to help supplement his income. He is behind on rent and needs help to manage his ability to stay safely housed.
