Help Julieana

Julieana was born four months prematurely and diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, which has required extensive medical care. Over the past three years, her family has faced overwhelming medical bills and other expenses related to her treatment. Julieana is now preparing for another crucial surgery, which will require her to travel from New York to Texas.
