Help Julie Overcome Life's Challenges Together UPDATE

I'm reaching out to you today to support my friend, Julie Willis, who recently underwent a multiple toe amputation on both feet and may potentially need a lower leg amputation due to unhealing wounds. This unexpected medical issue has not only changed her life but has also brought significant financial challenges. It is becoming impossible for Julie to get to work due to being unable to walk.

Julie is an incredible person who has always been there for others. She is trying to have a positive outlook and a determination to get better and return to a normal life. Julie has always had a strong faith and continues to persevere through every difficulty that has come her way. However, the road to healing and recovery will require some financial help in paying her daily living expenses for several months.

Here’s how your contribution can help:

Living Expenses: Julie needs financial help in paying her rent for several months.

Transportation: Julie needs financial help in paying her car payments for several months and possible transport to medical appointments and surgery.

This is an incredibly scary and overwhelming time for Julie; she is very afraid of losing her apartment and vehicle.

UPDATE: Unfortunately Julies wounds have not healed as expected. Julie had to have her lower leg amputated. Currently she is in a nursing facility offering OT and PT to get her ready to be at home and become accustomed to her prosthetic. This unfortunately, as you can imagine will take a great deal of time and effort. The process could take as long as 6 months. Unfortunately Julie is unable to work enough during this process and is struggling to keep up financially. Julie is determined to work through this and to lean on the strong faith she has.
