I am reaching out for help as I navigate a difficult chapter in my life. Recently, I broke my hip and now need to let it heal before I can undergo hip replacement surgery. This injury has made it impossible for me to perform many activities of daily living, and I am struggling to manage on my own. While I have MediCal, I am required to pay a Share of Cost each month, which adds a financial burden during an already challenging time.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering my Share of Cost for in-home supportive services. These services are essential for my day-to-day care, both as I wait for my hip to heal and after the surgery.
