Help Julie After Devastating Fire (7 Dogs Lost)
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
On February 18th while Julie was at work, a fire broke out at her mothers house. Julie was staying there with her eight dogs, son, daughter, as well as her mothers two dogs. Five of Julies boxers were lost in the fire. Four in the fire and one was hit by a car after escaping the house. Her mothers two dogs perished in the fire.
Julie is a breeder of boxer dogs hence why so many dogs were in the house at the time.
The owner of the house, Julies 82 year old mother, has been in and out of the ICU battling Covid. She was isolating elsewhere when the fire broke out.
Julie and her family need help financially as her mother did not have insurance on the house. Vet bills for several of the dogs that were rescued from the fire have reached into the thousands of dollars. The city said it will send Julie and her family a bill for around $20,000-30,000 to demolish the house if they can’t come up with the $40,000-50,000 to rebuild.
Any amount will help Julie and her family get back on their feet and will be greatly appreciated. The donations will go the house, to ongoing vet bills, as well as the cremation of the five dogs lost in the fire.
Thank you
