Friends and Staff of the Newstead Public Library are organizing this fundraiser to support our friend and colleague Julie Shine. Julie is a wife and mother of two that is courageously battling Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. She has been out of work for over 6 months from her part time jobs at the library and local Akron/Basom Post Office. Her medical costs not covered through insurance now exceed $10,000 and will grow as treatments continue. As her name suggests, Julie's personality and smile "shines" as she delivers mail or helps people at the library. Please consider donating and sharing Julie's story.
