Support for Julie and Chloe

Julie Hernandez is 45 yrs. old and diagnosed with Brain Cancer, she is currently on hospice services. Julie is also a single mother to her 14 yr. old daughter, Chloe. Julie also has an 18 yr. old daughter in college. Julie is not only fighting for her life, but also struggling to pay her monthly bills. Julie is now unexpectedly having to care for her 16 yr. old nephew. She is also having to provide him with his basic needs with no assistance and living on a fixed income.

Julie is declining in her health and hoping to stay in her current living environment until a more permanent one opens up for her and Chloe where more support is available to them. Julie has very limited support available to help them. Julie is hoping to keep Chloe in their home so she isn't uprooted prior to having to move once Julie passes or right before.

Chloe should be able to try and live as normal a life as possible, but the stressors of life are also weighing on her as well as the impending passing of her mother at such a young age. And Julie should only have to worry about living her last days spending quality time with her daughters instead of having to figure out how to pay her bills.
