Help Julie E. Farias Learn Natural Wine Making

Hi, my name is Julie E. Farias. I need help funding my trip to France. This is not a vacation. I will be assisting my old boss, Laurent Saillard, to cook meals for his team during the 2025 harvest. It is an opportunity to learn more about natural wine while cooking for the wonderful people that are hand-harvesting the grapes for Laurent’s winery. It is hard work, and I learn so much about the world of food and wine that I belong to.

Currently, I have had to reduce working hours as I'm giving more attention to completing my Bachelor's in Food Business Management through the Culinary Institute of America and focusing on my capstone project. This trip will contribute to my topic of family businesses and succession plans. I am also planning to study for my WSET 3, which is rare to earn being a working chef. I am grateful and blessed to have an opportunity such as this. I appreciate any amount that will contribute to funding this trip.
