Last night, my only vehicle—a 2006 Toyota Camry—was severely damaged when I hit a deer. The accident left the passenger headlight and part of the bumper destroyed, dented the passenger side door, and caused mechanical issues like a blown fuse and leaking washer fluid. As someone who relies on this car every day, the loss has been overwhelming.

I work as a mobile phlebotomist for the American Red Cross in Tulsa, traveling to different locations to help collect life-saving blood donations. Without a reliable car, I can’t reach the people and communities who depend on these services. This situation has put my job and my ability to support myself at risk, and it’s also affecting the people I serve through my work.

I’m hoping to raise enough funds to replace my car so I can get back on the road and continue helping others. Any support will make a real difference, not just for me, but for the many people in Tulsa who rely on the Red Cross for blood donations and support.
