Help Juliana and Her Family Through Cancer

We are extremely sad to have to send this request.

Our little sister Juliana, who lives in Guatemala, has three children and is fighting cancer right now. She was diagnosed with breast cancer nearly a year ago (Infiltrating Ductal Adenocarcinoma With 2 Neutral Positive). We are absolutely heartbroken by this diagnosis. Juliana has been taking chemotherapy for 6 months. Now she will need a more aggressive chemo treatment. We have done our best to help with the costs of treatments, but it's currently unsustainable. We really need some assistance. With the more aggressive chemo, the impact on her family, her work, and kids is devastating. Juliana has always been a self-motivated fighter for her family. She lost her husband to cancer ~13 years ago and has raised her three children (Nathalie, Isabella, and Cristian) in Guatemala alone. Juliana is the best and is truly a beautiful soul! This is devastating and tragic.
