Help Juliana and Fabian after the fire

Our friends Juliana and Fabian, with Eliora (8 years) and Leander (4 months), just finished 2 years of renovating an old property in Altadena. They poured their hearts, souls and savings into building this home for their young family to grow in. They learned how to insulate old walls, tile a bathroom, and build a sustainable, drought-resistant garden. All their friends have been in awe of their talent and perseverance navigating a project like this mostly on their own, especially while expecting a little one and working full time. Juliane as a neuroscientist at UCLA and Fabian as a data scientist at Kaiser Permanente.

Juliana and Fabian are incredibly humble and yet endlessly generous. They are known for organizing the most gracious, welcoming gatherings, either hosting bonfires in their work-in-progress yard or spring events at their community garden.

And now all this has been decimated by the Eaton fire. Their entire neighborhood went up in flames without any firefighters in sight. Their home, full of memories, was destroyed instantly.

We are friends from Eliora's preschool and are coming together to help them through the difficult time. They will need anything to get started again.
