Help Julian save his eye sight

Julian is 11yrs old and has “congenital glaucoma”
He’s fully blind in his left and only 5% in right after recent diagnostic testing. He can only see about the size of a key hole. We are praying that we can preserve what’s left of his vision the best way we can, his Doctor is going to perform another surgery to do this. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
