Hi, I'm Julian Bate-Vergette, a student of the Music Industry Arts program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. However I won't be able to graduate.
Before the pandemic, I worked at a movie theatre, and ever since COVID hit there had been nothing but uncertainty in my wages. I decided to take a chance on myself and return to school to follow one of my passions: Music. But, like I said: Pandemic = wage uncertainty, and I haven't been able to squirrel away enough money to cover my third semester tuition. Which is why I am asking for help. Every little bit makes a HUGE difference, so please give what you can. All funds raised will go towards my third (and final) semester of college.
Here's how you can help:
1.) Hire me now for a project I will complete after I graduate in September 2021. I'm a composer for Film and Television, so if you have a project that needs music, I'd be happy to help.
2.) Buy an original song composed by me (makes a great gift!) for $50-150.
$50 = 1 minute song
$100 = 2 minute song
$150 = 3 minute song.
Please be aware that while I am offering music services, I will only be able to handle 5 songs per month while attending school.
3.) Share this post with anyone who might want to do either 1. or 2.
