UPDATE:Biopsy has been done and cancer has been confirmed. Now awaiting 2nd results to determine type of cancer, stage, and treatment. Still trying to raise funds. i created this fundraiser to help a close relative of mine to raise the funds needed to pay for her son Julian’s biopsy. He’s been diagnosed with an unspecified lymphoma found in his thorax. He unintentionally lost 33 pounds within 3 months, has a persistent cough causing him deep pain in his chest and stomach because of the effort. He feels fatigued, sweaty, and his hands are starting to get deformed. He is only 23 years old. The clinic is charging them @ $2500 I think to remove the tumor and perform the biopsy, but just in case the medical bills are higher than expected and/or increase, I set the fundraiser amount to $3500. My siblings and I will help but still won’t be enough to cover all of it. I believe that every small amount is highly valuable and beneficial and it will be greatly appreciated.
My relative is the only source of income for her family of five: her elderly mother, a daughter, two grandchildren, and her son Julian. Before Julian became sick and hospitalized, he was working at a small cafeteria. They are economically disadvantaged and don’t receive any type of financial assistance nor medical insurance. Every medical expense comes from out of pocket. My relative’s daughter makes a little bit of extra money to help support her kids by selling donated stuff like used clothes outside their house.
Anything helps! Thank you in advance for your generosity. God bless!
