I am seeking help for my dear friend Julia to be able to get her 17-year-old son Nik's treatment in Sydney for a brain tumour.

Nik had a seizure in September last year, which led to numerous meetings with specialists and a diagnosis a couple of months ago.

I am sure you can understand how stressful this has been for the family.

Julia faces the possibility of an extended time out from the workplace while caring for her son, and any funds raised will be gratefully received.

These will help Julia and Nik with specialist fees, transport, and accommodation in Sydney, while Nik will receive further testing to see if the tumour can be removed.
