My friend Julia is a transgender woman without a reliable support network, and as of today, she is newly homeless.

She's a lovely person who has done a lot of good for the world, but has fallen on hard times due to circumstances outside her control, in spite of doing everything she can to stay afloat.

With no stable housing, no consistent income, and no family to rely on, she’s in a difficult position, and she needs your help.

Your donations will go directly toward helping Julia meet her most immediate and essential needs until she can get back on her feet, including:

Food and clean water

Temporary shelter (hostels, motels, or transitional housing)

Gender-affirming medication and other vital prescriptions

Hygiene and personal care items

Transportation costs (bus fare, rides to appointments or job interviews)

Cell phone and internet access (to apply for jobs, stay in contact with services)

Etc.

This support will give her the time and stability she needs to find longer-term solutions, whether that’s applying for public aid, finding affirming housing, or seeking employment opportunities.
