Hello, my name is Julia Sumner and it’s with a heavy and broken heart that I share that my husband was murdered on October 9th.

Me, my parents, and my 5 kids were in the house, heard the shots, and rushed to the door to see a sight that is forever scalded into my mind of my sweet bae laying on the ground bleeding, gasping for air.

He was only 29 years old. He worked two jobs: a line chef at BJ’s and a sous chef at Assunta’s Italian restaurant. He worked both jobs that day and hadn’t even been home an hour when this happened.

My world was ripped to shreds and nothing can put these pieces back together. My mind is everywhere and blank at the same time. Everyone is calling and needs me to do things, and I have 5 kids to take care of. I just need any help anyone can give and all the prayers and love and support.
