Help Julia Overcome Financial Hardship

Hi I'm sorry to bother you but I am in need of help with my bills. I have Epilepsy and I have already had 2 strokes by the time I was 45 . This is Totally embarrassing for me and I really hate asking people for help when I normally am the person who gives it . But I am really short this month some one broke into my PayPal account so I am in the process of trying to get my money back and close it. But in the meantime I am in need of bathroom products.
