After five years happily engaged, waiting for the just right time, Julia and Will are finally getting married! I’ve set up this GoFundMe with their permission to make it easier for close friends and family to help them celebrate their marriage, and to start to build a nest egg.

They will be married September 3rd, 2025, in a private courthouse ceremony, and they couldn't be more excited to continue to build their life together.

Their backstory:

Julia and Will first met in Vernon, CT, on May 23rd, 2019. Their first date was roller skating, something with which Julia had plenty of experience. When Will quickly fell, he laughed about it instead of getting embarrassed. It was then that Julia knew she had found her person.

Work, good fortune, and friends have brought them to Toulouse, France; Salem, Mass; West Palm Beach, Florida; and the Virginia countryside, satisfying their love of travel. In between, they also spend time up on Lake George, NY, and at the CT beaches.

On Leap Day 2020, Will asked Julia to spend her life with him. It was one of the happiest moments of their lives together.

Moving in together during COVID, they discovered their mutual love of board games, Grey’s Anatomy, and cats, of which they currently have four. Almost six years later, they enjoy time together playing mini-golf, competing in a billiards league, beating escape rooms just in time, and enjoying the small and furry family they have built.
