Help Juli Ann Recover from Seizure Accident

Hello. My name is Juli Ann and I have seizures.

Recently, on vacation 1300 miles from home I had a seizure behind the wheel of my vehicle. I passed out behind the wheel, crashed into a tree, totaled my vehicle and I had to take a medic flight to the nearest trauma unit. None of which I remember.

Needless to say, all of this has cost me a lot of money as well as the loss of my vehicle.

I am unable to drive because of this seizure. I am unable to work because I cannot get to work because I cannot drive. I'm having difficulties getting back home because I cannot drive.

And all of my insurance premiums have tripled because of my seizure.

I do not make a lot of money and I'm having difficulty supporting myself with just the basic necessities.

I'm asking for any help possible just so that I can have a basic level of living.

Will you please help me try to get back on my feet?
