Hi my name is Jules, and as many of you know I have had a 10 year battle to get my hysterectomy. I’ve been working hard and saving and the time is finally here. I’m having my hysterectomy July 19. I suffer from PCOS ( Polycystic ovary syndrome) and Adenomyosis. These things have made life very hard over the past couple of years and even worse the last six months. I had a good bit of money saved up but due to life circumstances like moving, going through a divorce, and seeing many doctors to finally get to where I am, has eaten a chunk of that. I was all lined up to use care credit and was approved for the full amount when I was told my doctors office/hospital does not except care credit. I am now meeting with my bank to figure out what I can do for a loan. Anything helps me pay for the surgery, the anesthesia, as well as the 4 to 6 weeks I’m going to have to miss work to heal. Right now we are planning a laparoscopic surgery but if there any complications they did warn me that they may have to go a little More in depth which will cause more healing time. Nothing is expected but anything and everything is very helpful. Thanks for hanging through this with me.
