Help Jules Overcome Back emergency back surgery!!!

My name is Jules. I am a server/bartender in Raleigh. Two days ago, I fell from the second story of the mezzanine in my own house. I have 2 burst vertebrae and a compound fracture in my spine. I also have a broken heel. I just had back surgery yesterday, where the doctors put in multiple plates and screws. I probably won’t be able to work in my field again. So, I have to find a job I can do. Until then, I’m financially screwed. Help would be greatly appreciated. The funds would be going toward keeping a roof over my head and maintaining my extra medical expenses. I’m keeping my head up and trying to stay positive. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
