My name is Jenn Manzanares, and I’m writing this on behalf of someone incredibly special, my daughter Julianne Herrera. In February of this year, Jules received devastating news that she had been diagnosed with cancer. Since that day, she has faced every step of this journey with quiet strength, courage, and hope.

As many of you know, Jules is not someone who ever asks for help. She's always been the one to support others—whether it’s through her kindness, her time, or her constant encouragement. But now, she needs us more than ever.

Jules has a major surgery scheduled for August, which will be a critical part of her treatment and recovery plan. This surgery is essential—but it's also one of many steps in what will be a long and difficult road to healing.

In the months since her diagnosis, medical bills have continued to grow. Between doctor visits, diagnostic tests, treatments, and the cost of preparing for surgery, the financial strain has become overwhelming. On top of that, Julianne has had to take time away from work to focus on her health.
