Help Judy Save Hope: A Puppy in Need

My name is Judy Parsons, and I watched a puppy get run over in Houston, TX. I picked the dog up and took her to a local emergency vet hospital. The dog suffered three breaks in the pelvic area. The worst is at the top of her femur that will require surgery. The vet stated that the dog has mange and a secondary skin infection. Her stomach is full of trash and bloated, so she can't be fed today. The vet said the fee to get this dog cared for could be $5,000. I am trying to transfer her to another hospital that is not as expensive. I can take the dog in as a walk-in and receive a consultation this Sunday at the Safe Haven Hospital. This hospital is cheaper. I have paid out of pocket to get her stabilized. The vet stated the femur break has to be fixed, or it will give her trouble for the rest of her life. This baby doesn't deserve this type of life, and I want to give her a forever loving home. Please, help me to help her. A good name for her is Hope! I am going to call her Hope!
