Hello,

We are asking for the community’s support after Judy Gendron of Arborfield, mother of Elizabeth Sloan, suffered a horrific and unprovoked attack by two large dogs. She sustained serious injuries that requires emergency medical treatment and will need ongoing care as she continues to recover. Judy was rushed to Nipiwan Hospital by ambulance and shortly after her arrival at Nipiwan Hospital she was rushed to Saskatoon St. Paul's Hospital by ambulance to receive the appropriate emergency care she requires. Judy has already undergone one 3 hour long emergency surgery, with several more surgeries in her near future.

This traumatic event has left Judy facing not only physical pain but also emotional distress and a long road of healing ahead. The financial burden of medical bills, follow-up appointments, rehabilitation, and her and Paul living on Pension alone, has quickly become overwhelming for her and her family.

As a workplace and community, we want to stand beside Elizabeth and her family during this incredibly difficult time. Every donation—no matter the amount—will go directly toward easing the financial strain and helping Judy access the care and support she needs.
