Hi my name is Judy Sjogren, I spent many years working in Healthcare , in Saskatchewan.

I loved my job, and enjoyed helping people. Working overtime hours.

I was injured at work, when a patient fell on me .I went to physio, devised a Return to work program. (document enclosed) The manager refused it.

As a result, I became disabled, and had to apply for 3sHealth Employee Disability Benefits, but they refused stating " The failed Return to Work Program was my fault"

3sHealth is responsible for payroll and administering Employee Benefits to 45,000 Healthcare workers in this province, and continues to Deny benefits, using the judicial system.

As Saskatchewan has no Legal help except for criminals, I have been representing myself, trying to obtain compensation.

WCB helped, until Summit Physio considered me disabled, due to old injuries.

3sHealth refuses to administer benefits, Refuses to help in any way with rehabilitative services,

regardless of the information from Family doctors, Orthopedic surgeons, and Labour Relations.

Their motto seems to be deny, delay, and starve you out, or beat you at being a lawyer, which Im not, although, Im trying to do my best.

After years of Court, I have received a judgement, for an Expedited Appeal, and Transcripts.

I have contacted Transcript Services , in Regina , and they said the Transcripts will cost approximately 4000.00, which needs to be handed in with my Expedited Appeal. (Documents provided), and 30 days to come up with the finances.

As this is the final step to gaining my benefits, and I have lost everything, my home, my income, I am asking for your help to stop this boarderlining criminal activity, of 3sHealth, and show them , that Healthcare workers, are important. This is why we have no Healthcare workers in Saskatchewan

I have asked CUPE for help, but no reply.
