Hello I’m Mi Amore Ricafort , and I’m reaching out to ask for your support as we raise funds for my bestfriends mom , Judy Ann, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer.

Judy Ann is 44 years old and lives in the Philippines with her husband, Jonjon, and their three children: Jana (23), John Ivan (16), and Clauie (10). She’s a loving homemaker, and until recently, worked as a cleaner to help make ends meet. Her husband, Jonjon, is a lineman for a telecommunications company in Quezon City, earning about 25,000 pesos a month, that’s roughly $595 Canadian dollars. With college tuition, school expenses, and daily living costs, their income barely covers the basics, let alone a medical emergency of this scale.

On July 8, 2025, Mary Ann was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. Her doctors believe that with immediate and consistent treatment, she has a real chance at recovery. But right now, she urgently needs a CT scan and full blood work to assess how far the cancer has spread. Unfortunately, healthcare in the Philippines is not free, and even with partial government insurance (PhilHealth), the majority of medical expenses fall on the family. They simply cannot afford it on their own.

Judy Ann is staying strong for her children and is holding onto hope. If you’re able, we would be so grateful for your prayers and any financial help you can offer.
