Support Judi’s Recovery Journey
On March 4th, our lives changed in an instant. Judi suffered a severe fall in her home, resulting in three fractured vertebrae in her neck. Due to the critical nature of her injuries, she was air-lifted from Durango to a specialized neuro-trauma hospital in Denver.
Within hours of arriving, Judi underwent major surgery to repair and stabilize her spine. She is currently in the Neuro-Trauma Intensive Care Unit, showing incredible strength. The next step in her journey is a transfer to an intensive rehabilitation facility for long-term recovery.
How You Can Help
While we are grateful that Judi has medical insurance, the road ahead is long and carries significant financial weight. We are reaching out to our community to help cover:
- Substantial travel expenses for her husband, Bruce, to be by her side in Denver.
- Specialized, ongoing therapies that will be required long after her initial hospital stay.
