on 5/30/24, i was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, and i was hospitalized at the James until June 28. while i'm out of the hospital now, i still have four months of outpatient chemo to go before i get to ring that remission bell (note to my oncologist-- if there is not a literal bell i can ring in the clinic, my disappointment will be immeasurable.)

cancer is expensive. these medical bills have depleted my savings, and they keep on coming.

The Bills (So Far)

my PTO and short term disability benefits will also run out with two months of treatment left, so i'm trying to raise funds to cover my living expenses for those last two months.
