Hello friends, I am Peggy and very concerned about the safety and well-being of my old friend Jubal, who I met in Yellow Springs, Ohio. I've known Jubal since we worked together in 1995! He's always been a caring and incredibly talented friend and one of the few who ACTUALLY wrote letters back in the day! Who does that anymore?

We kept in touch a bit all these years, except I feared something was wrong these past two years.

Jubal is houseless and a victim of domestic abuse. He has severe rheumatoid arthritis, which is a musician's nightmare, with his hands unable to play music anymore. He has been navigating dangerous streets in Portland, where he has lost most of his belongings. He has been struggling with illness but has been applying for jobs. He needs a boost to get back on his feet after this trying time.
