If anyone knows Juan, they love Juan. He has a heart of gold, is selfless, works hard in all he does, and is truly an inspiration. I am grateful to know him and lucky to work with him.

Family is the most important thing to Juan, as it is to many. Juan and his family are in hard times right now - on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, Juan's beautiful wife Erika was shot three times while at work. The motive of the shooter is still unknown, but Erika was an innocent bystander who is now fighting for her life. Since Tuesday, Erika has undergone two surgeries, remains in critical condition, and will likely have a long road of rehabilitation and recovery ahead of her. Juan and their three boys have been by her side the whole time. Please send all your positive thoughts, prayers, or whatever you believe in to help Erika recover and help Juan and his family survive this tragedy together. Stronger.
