I have been dealing with a severe seizure disorder for some time, and my husband has a bad heart. Both of us are currently on disability, which makes it difficult to keep up with the mounting medical bills. To pay off some of our debts, I’ve had to pawn my wedding ring, laptops, and other belongings. Despite these sacrifices, we are still in debt and really need help to get through this challenging period.

The funds raised will go directly toward medical bills, including my upcoming VNS surgery, which is crucial for helping me have fewer seizures. Unfortunately, Medicare won’t cover the full amount for the surgery, leaving us with a significant gap. I also hope to recover my wedding ring, which holds deep sentimental value after 32 years of marriage. Recently, I spent three days in the ICU and a week in the hospital, which added to our expenses. The rest of the funds will help with household costs and daily necessities.
