Help JuanderfulJuans Move (Part 2)

Hello,

 

My name is John (or as y'all know me by, JuanderfulJuans).

 

This is a part 2 to my original fundraiser campaign to move away from my parents.

 

The backstory for all of this is rather long, but the gist of it is: I am leaving a really shitty situation I have been stuck in for a long time. The full story can be read at the following link: Explanation of Move

 

The good news: Because of the money raised in the last fundraising campaign, I was able to set enough funding aside to offset rent costs while I finish up my teaching certification in Florida.

 

The bad news: The actual process of moving has been considerably more expensive than anticipated.

 

I need the money from the original campaign to pay for rent while I undergo the process of getting certified to teach in my new state; but I also need to recoup the costs of moving.

 

In this part 2 campaign, I am trying to raise funds to recoup moving expenses.

 

I am trying to raise $4000, which is a chunk less than what the actual move will end up costing me. The rest I can reasonably pay off on my own over time - and can throw on a credit card.

 

The $4000 I am seeking to raise would cover:

$700 - Hotel stays and pet fees incurred driving down (I am taking 4 days to complete the drive, as I am alone and with a cat).

$200 Gas costs [ 32MPG, 1300 miles, around $5 a gallon).

$300 - First month utilities (this ones just an estimate, I actually have no idea what it'll be)

$225 - FL Car Registration (Initial Registration)

$75 - New FL license

$720 - FL State Insurance (I have to switch providers)

$780 - MISC incl: 2x Hubcaps, an expensive ***required by my apartment complex*** vet visit, renter's insurance, and initial grocery costs.

$1,000 - Adjusted costs; I need to wait until September before I can get financially stable again.

 

Anything you can contribute would help immensely! This is the last campaign I intend to run for this, and I am hoping to have regained the lost money by August (because right now it's going on a credit card).
