Hey, beautiful community!

It’s with a heavy heart that I share some challenging news about our dear friend and coworker Juana. She has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and will take a temporary leave of absence to focus on her treatment.

Juana has brought so much warmth and dedication to our hospital, lighting up our days with her incredible spirit and infectious smile. As she embarks on this tough journey, we want to rally around her and show just how much she means to us.

We’re launching a fundraising to support her during this time, especially since she has two young daughters at home and will face medical bills. Let’s come together to show Juana that she’s not alone in this fight. Every little contribution, no matter the size, will make a real impact on her journey to recover.

We will miss her every day and look forward to the day she comes back stronger than ever. Let’s keep her in our thoughts and prayers, and thank you all for your kindness and generosity!
