My name is Juan, and I am a 63 year old handicapped American Senior Citizen. In 2020, I was diagnosed with Smoldering Myeloma Pre Cancer, and since then, my health has continued to decline. Nine months ago, I fractured my tail bone in a fall, and I am now awaiting an appointment with a Neurologist who specializes in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to confirm a diagnosis. I also live with Type II Diabetes and other conditions that have cost me thousands of dollars to treat, with many expenses not covered by Medicaid.

I have no family to rely on, as most are either deceased or in poor health. My 23 year old daughter is also struggling after being laid off from her job. I have already lost my house and am now facing eviction from my apartment. I can barely walk and am in constant danger of falling, even with the use of a cane. The stress and uncertainty have made daily life extremely difficult.
