Juan Rosales is my brother, and our family is reaching out for help during a very difficult time. Juan is 58 years old and recently suffered a severe shoulder injury that caused a glenohumeral dislocation and fracture. The doctor has recommended urgent surgery that requires special orthopedic implants, including a PHILOS plate and surgical screws, to repair the bone and restore his shoulder joint.

Unfortunately, the cost of the surgical materials and the medical procedure is very high for our family. We are unable to cover these expenses on our own, so we are turning to friends, family, and the kindness of our community for support. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us get closer to covering the cost of the implants and the surgery Juan needs to recover and regain use of his arm.
