Help Juan replace what was stolen

A very good mate of mine had his camera and phone stolen from him on Polk and Fern st. after he was assaulted & robbed. They didn't just take his personal property but also crushed a bit of his dreams for photography.
Juan is an avid photographer and had his DSLR EOS 5D Mark III and iPhone 8 Stolen. This was quite the cost to him and he's recovering but I'm hoping to support bring back some of this passion by lessening the financial burden.
He is also a supporter of the community and hoping to give back by applying to the San Francisco Fire Dep. after recently completing his course in The City College of San Francisco Fire Academy.
If you can spare anything to help us to our goal of reducing the overall cost lost it would be greatly appreciated!
