My name is Marbel Jiménez, and I created this GoFundMe to support my beloved godson, Juan Pablo Siado Rodríguez, and his family.

Juan Pablo, a young and strong man from Colombia, recently suffered a severe brain injury caused by a blood clot. At first, doctors feared it could be a tumor, but later scans confirmed it was a clot that required urgent treatment.

Juan Pablo is not only a fighter, he is also an excellent son, a loving brother, and a young man who loves God with all his heart. He also has a beautiful dream: to become a great chef. His passion for cooking reflects the joy and creativity with which he lives life.

Thanks to God and the medical team, Juan Pablo survived the most critical days. He is now breathing on his own and starting physical therapy, but his recovery will be long and challenging. He needs rehabilitation, medications, special care, and daily therapy so he can regain movement and keep pursuing his dream of becoming a chef.

In Colombia, the public health system does not cover all the costs. His family will have to pay for many essential things such as:
